Take a look back – Summererhof

Here, people have always felt good!

We do not want to exaggerate, but the fact is that an entire level of civilization in the early Alpine Bronze Age (“Luco-Meluno-Culture”) has been named after our hamlet Meluno. This shows: Even primitive men knew where life is good.

1920s

The citizens of Bressanone discover the lovely region as an ideal summer resort for themselves and their families and started spending their holidays here. Back then, the Summererhof was vacant, and with its panelled rooms offered the perfect accomodation.

1972

The increasing demand and the ever more popular skiing on nearby Mount Plose (2,507 m) led to the first major expansion of the “Pension Summererhof”.

2000

Expansion with the new wing, renovation and exterior design.

Today

30 beds and four holiday apartments.
